Extremely sturdy frames, made from welded steel profiles. EC tabletop models, EM and EG manual drive models, EZ hydro-pneumatic pump models, EE manual control electrical models and EE-CE button control electrical models. The height of the table can be adjusted in floor models. In 60 and 120 ton models, this movement is carried out by a winch system and in the 250 ton models by a series of chains attached to the press cylinder itself. Presses are supplied with V blocks to facilitate the positioning of pipes and bars, etc. on the table.

In the ECM and ECZ tabletop presses, the hydraulic unit can easily be removed from the structure and used in other applications. (See Maintenance Unit).

In the 15 and 30 ton EG and EM manual presses, the hydraulic element is equipped with an approach ball screw designed to minimise the pumping action required. The EM models incorporate a two-speed pump for the quick approach of the piston to the work piece. All models incorporate a pressure metre (reading in tons).

CE References which end in CE incorporate a maintained electrical drive for operation.

Under special order, LARZEP will design and manufacture special presses base don its series of products. It can also adapt cylinder strokes, feed speeds, type of cylinder, type of drive and even the structure of the machine itself, in accordance with the specifications of the desired operation.
